Client's objective:
To bring a holistic wellness program to people of all ages in the Boca Raton area, reaching those willing and ready to achieve wellness through fundamental life style changes.
Our approach:
We met Abby Tannen in Boca Raton. She’s a human dynamo, very energetic, with a catchy can do positive vibe and a true love and understanding of both nutrition and exercise.
We wanted to build a site that exemplified her character, so we opted for a color scheme that was bold and dynamic of dark, rich colors with bright accents.
The header is written out in a flowing red script above a large dynamic image slide show called a slider. The images were chosen for their beauty and contrasting bright colors, as well as for their relevance to the content. For a clean, functional, and accessible navigation, we went with a glassy transparent look embedded over the slider's bright images.

The client had a lot of information she wanted to convey on the website so we gave her plenty of room. We opted for a simple and pleasing balance of imagery and text, with a large image on the right brimming with information around it.
Since the object of the site is to reach people, we wanted to make it easy for clients to take the first step. Instead of the traditional contact page, we created a prominent contact section, which is displayed on each page, containing a contact form and contact information, making every page a contact page.
The bottom of the page features a visual representation of the client's program, built of colorful images that accent the subsequent pages.
All images were carefully chosen to emphasize the health, nutrition and exercise aspect of the site.
The client is very happy with the final product.
